Bad Toe

I can't think of anything cooler to blog about other than this amazing roll of pink tape I got from the podiatrist. It wraps so nicely around my toes. (Side note: I tore a ligament in my foot during yoga last week!) I'm going to be just fine and, minus the temporary limp and dull ache, I'm looking on the bright side - hence the sunflower. For one, I was excited that the doctor let me chose what color tape I had to wear. Not only do you have to tape your toes together, encouraging alignment, but you get to do it in style. I feel sluggish and I miss exercising, but that's nothing that a little banana grams or a few episodes of the "West Wing" can't fix. Hoping to speed up the healing process, it's important, while icing my foot into a state of utter numbness, to entertain myself in ways that require minimal movement. Reading. Relaxing. Arranging bright and happy things around my foot to cheer it up. At a loss of imagination to the point that I'm staging little scenes with my feet as the key players.

  7. Dude, tore a ligament in Yoga! Oh, that makes my theory that I tore a ligament in my ass in Pilates this week more feasable! yikes.
